Quick thought: Why not do your cooking ahead of time and freeze/refrigerate it? I'm guessing your weekends are full of fianceé-ing, but maybe monday or tuesday nights you could do a good few hours cookery and free yourself up for hobbies later in the week. Just a thought.

Oh, and the new-hobby-every-day thing is a bit much, I'm not sure you could squeeze it in with the relaxation/cookery. Besides, you don't really have a chance to understand the hobby after only a couple of hours looking into it. Try one a week as suggested by Lotus.
