It is much more difficult to have thoughts and beliefs that are against mainstream belief; because of this reason it is easy for a person who is firm in his or her beliefs to use emotion to try and entice others into thinking and along the same lines of thought - attempting to rid the empty feeling of being alone.

We can observe this type of behavior everyday by simply looking around; herd mentality is everywhere. How can we apply this type of thinking to being a vegetarian or omnivore? Is one way right and the other way wrong? A lot of vegetarians take a stance against killing living animals on the basis that they are alive and it is cruel to kill even though vegetables are alive before they are harvested for human consumption (I think we should focus more on the way animals are treated before they are sacrificed for human consumption. For instance, a Japanese cow is massaged and fed a beer before it dies, free rang chicken is free instead of locked in a cage, etc.).

As far as being right or wrong, the cow could have chosen to be incarnated as an animal that is consumed by a human because it's life essence and consciousness would therefore be absorbed by human consciousness. A persona really can't ever know for sure.

In conclusion, I am of the position that when we tap into our subconscious and are expanding our conscious awareness, our bodies will direct us to what is best for us individually and yet collectively as a whole. I believe that using force to achieve one's end, emotional (i.e. guilt), physical, or otherwise is of lower vibrational energy and therefore understand that individuals ultimately guide themselves for higher vibrations.
