This sounds like a very intense project, especially the lack of sleep. I did something similar for 9 weeks in Navy Boot Camp, and all I can say is 'Never Again'. If I were to try a plan like yours today, it would be a recipe for burnout. It would be WAY too stressful for me to undergo such an endeavor now that I am pushing 40. I guess I am just more patient now...

One thing that you might want to incorporate into your routine is one of the 'internal' disciplines such as Yoga, Tai-Chi, or Qi Gong. For one thing, aside from the reading and (lack of) sleep, you do not include any 'downtime' in your plan. The 'external' aspects of these arts will definitely improve your flexibility and core strength. This stiff, creaky, old, muscle-bound, former weight lifter with bad knees (myself, that is) was able to touch his toes with ease after practicing Qi Gong for half an hour a day for a week. I can still do it, even though I don't practice regularly anymore. Meanwhile the 'internal' aspects are good for the soul and will help you achieve 'flow', which will help you work towards your other goals.

All I can say is 'good luck', and I hope you don't overdo it.
