Scumbag, sorry your post has been subject to this, but if you are serious about the 10 lbs, it can be done. It is going to take extreme, specific measures though. First and foremost is, you must be sure, certain it is possible. Placing doubt in your mind is useless. 'Normal' thinking, training and eating won't produce extreme, but possible results. Plenty of people get no where, as far as adding noticeable muscle mass, despite even years of training. The experiment I mentioned will give you clues. For more clues, think about something obvious... the opposite extremes, the effect of sprinting on muscle growth, compared to the effect of marathon running. Also, your biggest muscles...glutes, thighs, back, chest offer the most potential to grow and quickly affect muscular weight gain. If you search you will find the info you need, but you will need to be 100% committed in the right direction to achieve that particular goal.
