Wow. This thread certainly has gotten off track.

Lets steer it back on the road, shall we?

Just got back from my 5 mile walk. Not bad. I noticed that going on about 4-5 hours sleep leaves me a lot of quality time to embark on my goals. Eating an apple, stretch, followed by a 2 mile run is next on the agenda. After that I'll listen to some Robbins, do some journaling on my own, knock out some more crunches and push ups then go to bed.

If anyone has any good book recommendations send em' my way. I'm going to the library tomorrow.
