Can I assume that you are referring to the Core States described in the Core Transformation procedure? I am amazed , but encouraged, that you can access them so readily. I have not been able to achieve that yet. I have tried NLP anchoring and no such luck. As a matter of fact just about all of my NLP anchor seem to fall apart when I try to fire them when facing an unresourceful state. The unresourceful states seems to overpower them. I am have been completely unable anchor a core state. I seem to need the entire procedure to reproduce it.
Your core states must be pretty intense. When I have achieved them I have felt a loving, peaceful oneness and feeling of euphoria but never to the degree that I would be afraid to cause harm to myself. To me, it feels wonderful but I am still in control of all my faculties--- just extreme oneness.
