One thing to remember though is that even if you don't achieve everything laid out in such a huge undertaking, he'll still hit SOME of them and come out better than before. As long as you don't kick yourself around for not nailing every goal, surely going all out like this can't be a bad idea so long as you also aren't afraid of some failures with your victories...
