Scumbag, while I'm rooting for you - I do think this is an unrealistic plan.
My impression is, you haven't done anything like this before. I'm especially wondering about sleep - I'm guessing that with your increased workouts, you will fall asleep while trying to read those 10 books or the self-improvement programs, or that you may slack off on the workouts because you're damn tired. Mental exhaustion is rarely factored in, but it happens.
I would advise you to spend the next 30 days really focusing on working out. Once you have that flow down, then next month concentrate on the 5,000/month. Then next, the banging the 10, etc..
