Pre-Game
The Warrior Method starts tomorrow. But as for now I have started the pre-game preparation. I went to the store and bought some chicken, peas, rice, and noodles and have pre-cooked 12 high protein muscle building meals to make life a little easier on me.
Meal plan is basically going to be 2 lean meat, veg, rice and noodle meals, along with 2 muscle milk shakes, and a turkey sandwhich. Raw oats and egg whites will also be a fixture. Infact my first meal will consist of egg whites, oats, and some fruits. Additional Fruits, and yogurt will be added in as well. Also, I'll be supplementing with an array of vitamins including heavy doses of fish oil.
I've also been doing some various stretching to prepare for the intense physical regimine. I haven't done anyting close to as rigourous as this program since Basic Training around 5 years ago. I'll need to avoid injury at all costs.
