Yah basically I'm just going to go out to the Clubs and use the previous 3 weeks of the Warrior Method to my advantage. I figure by week 3 my swagger will be fine tuned to the point that I'll be able to accomplish this goal.
Misc. Goals/Habits
Floss Daily - I've really gotten away from this goal over the months. Essentially every time I brush my teeth I will floss.
5 mile walk daily - There is a specific route that I walk my dogs on. I usually only do this once a month. I will now do it every day for the duration of The Warrior Method.
Flexablity - Right now my flexability is laughable. I need to be able to be standing and touch my toes by the end by Aug 11 or I will slap myself in the face and listen to Wham records for 24 hours straight with headphones taped to my ears.
