The Warrior Method 30 Days of Extremeness
This 30 day challenge is about extreme habit implementation. Balls to the wall, Warrior Method. It's About taking on multiple tasks at once and implementing positive habits that help make my life better. Cutting out the fat, and making each hour a productive hour. That means eliminating distractions like TV, parties, surfing net, talking on the phone, etc. Each goal has been precisely planned out, every contingency has been considered. Each goal has a measurable way to determine if I was successful or not. 1. Lose 15 pounds of Fat. Add 10 pounds of muscle.
Implemention - Essentially this the foundation of my plan. Being in top physical shape is a pre-cursor to mental clarity. I will start by running approx 2 miles and increasing it each week by about .5 miles. Running will take place Monday through Saturday with a day of rest and stretching on Sunday. The Gym will be another place where I am going to use to my benefit. I'll be in the Gym Monday through Saturday for at least an hour working out with heavy weights with a focus on muscle building. 4 Days will be dedicated to lifting. 2 will be to strengthening my core abdominal region.
Diet will be chock full of high quality protein, veggies, fruit, and EFA's. Vitamin supplementation will be crucial to replace all the minerals I'll lose. 2. Sleep
Sleeping will be between 4-5 hours. Which leaves me between 18-19 hours of extreme productivity to tap into during the day. Unlike others, the onus isn't on becoming on early riser. Just getting 4-5 hours and being as productive at 10 AM as I am at 6 PM. 3. 5000 Dollars
This Goal is very simple. Earn 5000 dollars in 30 days. Right now I am a full time student running a relatively new online business that is generating about 400 a month. I will use different (legal) methods to have 5 large in my bank acct. by the end of this challenge. 4. Bang a 10
I've never had sex with a 10. But I deserve one. I will use my playeristic skills to score a hot babe at some point during The Warrior Method. This will primarily be focused on during the last week of the 30 days. 5. Read 10 Great Books
Simply put: Books = Knowledge. I am going to read 10 highly recommended books and gleam at least one piece of knowledge from them. 6. Personal Development
I have an Anthony Robbins program that I will be highly involved with. I'm going to get really deep into this and work on finding my purpose. Hobbies
One of my hobbies is basketball. I will play at least one hour a day. This will aid in my physical fitness goals as well.
I'm going to post each day to update my progress.
