Morning and Evening, right after I wake up and right before I go to bed. I avoid falling asleep by sitting on the floor at the foot of my bed in my pajamas. In the winter at least, it's reasonably cold here, so I'm not comfortable enough to sleep (but comfy enough to meditate nonetheless).
This is normally before breakfast or even a shower, so I have plenty of time to go back into an normal mind state before work or whathaveyou.
