Thanks Shamou. I'm not depressed but look at my father's side of the family I'm pretty much the only one who isn't. I do think that's it more than a coincidence that I have the healthiest diet, exercise more than anyone on that side of the family, etc. Anyway, I'm looking for any other natural things that can help to fend off depression in people that have it or prevent it in those that don't. Making a Good Brain Great and he suggests Gingko Biloba for brain health. That's another example of something that might prove effective.
