Yes I do think some sore throats could be from the energy shifts we're going through. I know I've had strange off and on colds/sore throats in the past year.... that seemed to come to me out of nowhere, and then just vanish. I usually do not get sick at all.... and these colds left me scratching my head wonderful what's going on.
