Do you think that all the sore throats going around, are because of a new wave of energy shifts?

I know about 5 people with sore throats and all are "aware" type of people. All are in my "soul tribe". I had a little bit of a sore throat this morning, and at least two of these people are insisting that they are not ill but that the sore throats are due to some energetic/emotional/spiritual thing.
