i didnt do well in May or in June ... i dont want to even check my June challenge posts but here i am in July trying to figure out what can i do to make a committment to my goals and stick with it
so i will start small ... I will make this month July, the month of personal development by that i mean my goals are:-
1. Re-discover who i am
2. Accept who i am
3. Enjoy who i am, do things that i enjoy to do, Me comes first
4. Nurture my relationship with the people around me (family and friends), spread joy and just be happy
Hope this will work ... i need to feel that i have accomplished my goals for a month challenge
