I take a little-known vitamin called "Optivite."
It can not be purchased on a vitamin aisle and it's not prescription but it's potent so it's kept behind the counter, you have to ask the paharmicist for it.
It's a female vitamin, I didn't check your profile. .but that's my recommendation.
