Wow, that's great. I hope it works out well. Do you make the same salad every day for work, or create different sorts? I eat spinach and olives every morning, so for lunch, I like eating different salads or meals. However, I am spending 20 minutes a day going to subway to get the meal so I'm trying to figure out how I can save that time, while eating healthy food.
