I will bring salads or dinner leftovers for lunch with fruit and veggies to snack on. I am trying to become more aware of foods I'm putting in my body - and need to focus on making healthier choices. My focus will be on fresh food and nothing processed (no microwaveable dinners, no luncheon meat, nothing from a box or a can).
