Like last month, I'll have the added challenge of being out of town for ~10 days.
1 - Spend 4-6 hours per week working in the yard. (I'll make up for days out of town on the weeks that I'm home.)
2 - Write daily: Do the Morning Pages.
3 - Get up between 4am and 5am when I'm not out of town.
4 - Play horn daily.
5 - Meditate daily.
6 - Daily exercise - hiking, yard work, kayaking, walking, running, rock climbing, horse riding, etc.
