I'm familiar with the energetic effect from a non-consummated orgasm, if you will.
I've learned to do it, and I've learned to harness it with only thoughts.
Just turn yourself on (not hard for guys to do if they have good imaginations).
Now, send all your consciousness down south.
Spend as long as needed just building up what would seem to be lust.
Once you have decided to stop, visualize all that hot blood going out all over the rest of your body, as if it were a second heart.
And you'll discover that your entire Self is invigorated.
I did this before taking the SAT, and got in the 95th percentile, at least.
