I don't understand why it should be hard for you to set 10 minutes aside each day to fantesise about a specific person XYZ who is available.

Talking about this in terms of “bad news” or “bad judgment by business leaders” seems archaic. It’s like describing World War One as “a serious diplomatic concern.”
