As far as motivating yourself..imagine yourself how you would feel after you workout...go through all the sensations and try to make it as sensory as possible...once you go through this the next step is to do it...then as you are exercising create an anchor within yourself of feeling good...when you are done working out...use another anchor as you tell yourself "I Feel Great"
Repitition is key and the more you do it..you will be addicted to the feel good sensations of exercise!
