You're asking for some schools that help raise people to be smart? Interesting notion. Why don't you take it into your hands? At the least, the kid is not going to be in school from birth onwards, but it will be int he parents' care.
Now, about having a high IQ. IQ is believed by some researchers to be about 70% inherited. That gives you lots of room to grow. On the other hand, IQ may very well not be the best measure of intelligence. For example, Gardner's theory of
multiple intelligences makes more sense to me. It isn't even very well correlated with success in life.
Even if you don't subscribe to the multiple theory, you don't want to forget IQ at the expense of everything else, including sports or creavity. IMO, genius is the ability to stick with problems and come up with novel solutions. Generally, to come up with new ideas or combining other ideas in new ways is a very important life skill.
I might ask WHY you want a child to be so smart?
