Dear all, I stumbled upon Erin's blog on chakra cleansing. I have some queries and hope you guys/gals can give me some guidance.
She mentioned about chakra cleansing by spinning the chakras 1 by 1 from the root till the crown. So do we need to unspin/reverse the process after we've done that?
Also in one of her latest blog she mentioned that she will need to open the connection to the source using the same method prior to doing a reading. And after her readings, she will need to close the connection.
Does it mean that when she do the opening, she will imagine her chakras spinning out and wide? I imagined it to be something like a spinning galaxy which is widening. Am I right? And reversing the process would be like spinning anti-clockwise and shrinking towards the body?
