That's going to be trickier. Think of it this way. Spirit Guides and Higher Selves and Angels are watching over you, they have a link to you that is on all the time. Deceased relatives do not. Sometimes deceased people hang around and hover, and sometimes they don't. Even if they wanted to speak with you they may not know how to adjust their energy to do so. So it's possible but not nearly as probable.
