A friend of mine runs
xeentech.com, and I use it to run my sites. It's a small service, but there is almost no downtime, plus you don't share the same server with 5,000 other people like you do with Godaddy or Dreamhost. The customer service is really great, also, and you can have everything totally customized to meet your needs.
