Well here's what I do, I got the general idea how to
See what you really
are from
here. - Tell yourself to just Sit and Listen and Watch whatever you are looking at, and not think.
- Just sit and Listen and Watch.
- As your doing this...........you'll start to notice something, or become aware of this "emptiness" where your thoughts used to be.
- You notice you are this "space".......this "emptiness".
- As days go by, you keep Sitting, Listening and Watching and looking at this "space"/"void", which is you.
- This vast (no bounds) emptiness is what you are 24/7, which fills itself anytime it wants to with realities. (thought)
Personally I don't force it by looking for it in the afternoon. I just let it go until the next morning.
After a couple of weeks (more or less depending on individual) it starts becoming second nature, because that is the nature of repetition, it becomes a habit.
You really start to see what I call "empty the trash can, it's full" ......
you can't fill up an empty container if it's full.
Of course then it's the realization that you are the "void" (in the positive sense) and your Identity is anything, or anything
you decide.
More then likely, you guys may be doing the same thing, but just differently.
