You can say, "I request a Most Benevolent Outcome to reconnect with my own Guardian Angel and any other beings who wish to communicate with me, thank you!"
Then I believe AngelPsychic has posted about buying the Spirit Guides CD from Dick Sutphen, who was the one that gave me my breakthrough in 2005 to communicate with my GA and others. Check it out. It works, although for some people it may take a few times to become completely used to his voice and to what is going to happen as he puts you into an altered state.
One think I might mention is that his voice is so melodious that at times I would "trip out" as it's called where I would fall into a Delta state and not the Alpha state needed to be in contact. If that happens, instead of laying down, sit up, or even begin the CD slightly past the relaxation techniques he used to relax your body and mind.
I have been able over time, to greatly reduce the time it takes to go into the Alpha state, but I started by simply going over the words he says in most of his CD's to put myself in that relaxed state.
