I actually agree with you, for me, it's about controlling the mind, and aiming the choice, and the thoughts that express and experience it. Sounds easy. And this is where I agree with Shamou. I see choosing and thinking as action, effort. Part of the game to master. No control over choice and thinking, no effort, equals no say in my particular expression of fun and happiness, and doesn't interest me. Fun and happiness seem effortless, because I love making the effort. So for me, It's learning about choosing and aiming at what makes me happy. You might know how to be the fittest person, richest person, happiest person in the world. But if your choices and thoughts are aimed in the wrong direction, you'll have a good chance of hitting that target. So much fun to aim at, if you want to.
