I can now open my chakras effectively
But I have a hard time with the visualization (the staircase and the special place). I have to maintain intense concentration else the image can get blurred and sometimes can even be blank. Its more like I have to recreate the whole scence. So given my current situation I am wondering how I can do do both writing and asking at the same time?
Do you ask a question with eyes closed while you are in the "special place" with your guide and then open your eyes and write down the response and then again close your eyes for the next question?
