Hi lightthecandle,
As I mentioned to you in a previous post, if you have a healthy self-concept nothing or no one can rattle you. How someone else is, should have nothing to do with how you feel (uncomfortable in this case). Allowing others to have power over your feelings puts you in a very tentative position. Why would you give anyone else that power and control over you?
Think about it.
