I think it is true about your boss. However, I am looking at it from a British stand point, however, I believe the laws are reasonably similar.

However, if your boss chooses to play exactly by the rules, who don't you? Mwah ha ha haaa!

For example, in Uk law if you use a monitor, by right, every 50 minutes you need to take a break from the screan in order to minimise the potential damage to eye sight. Im sure you would be able to find similar laws to exploit in US law until your boss chooses to play fair!
