There's also an article I found a while back by a woman who works with angels and one day she discovered that angels respect our requests when we get real, and ask for things we really need. Anyway, she said that one day things got really bad for her and she really started to speak outloud to the angels the ask them for help, she told them all about her fears and everything else that was going on with her.
This article is not about MBO's but how to talk to angels in a general sense, when requesting things. I really picked up some great tips and hope everyone in this thread read's it too, in addition to MBO's these tips can be very helpful.
