Awesome, keep it up man! I started with 1/2 a push-up/day so I know what you mean. I had no intention of changing my life through exercise, but with the relaxed atmosphere and nobody pushing me to become a workout freak overnight I felt like it was a fun challenge. I've been exercising almost everyday for 8 years now. Tell me that when I first started and my six fat rolls woulda been jiggling all over the place with laughter
So take it one step at a time and I know you can do it!
Today I worked out chest and in the morning. My workout schedule is currently undergoing some major changes so it should be interesting to see how this pans out.
