Indeed, thoese particle do exist and in my language they are called mions.
But, there is a slight problem with that too.Mions, are both sub-atomic and elemental particles and they have their "own lifetime", time before it desintegates or anihilates, they move at speed of light and as you said have amount of mass that could be ignored,their "own lifetime" is about 10^(-8) sec
or 0.00000001 sec , but in order to keep them "alive" you will need great amount of energy, yeah and if they stop moving they colapse.
In order for them to create a form or even a concious being or spirit, they must for one be entraped in some sort EM (electro-magnetic) field, forced to move a in circles time and time again. the Mentioned energy field would have to have "mionic charge" for mions don't have electronic charge like electrons.
In phisics it is known as mionic number. Since they are incredibly small,for they move at speed of light, to create a human-sized form need great amount of mions to be captured. Capturing tiny particles that move at speed of light requires the "powerfull field".
i forgot, the particles that move at about speed of light are not considered particles but waves!
that brings energy sources into the question.
I belive that every living thing has spirit or soul in itslef, and all the spirits are somehow connected to 7th and highest realm. in each realm every spirit has it energy source there but i think that energy for other realms is drawn from the highest one. EG. when our phisical body (which is here an energy source) dies whe depleat the "stored energy" and move on to the higher plain.
