One of the things that we might notice is how life is showing up in layers, meaning that we get clear about something, then we feel like we're tackling another issue soon after that. Try not to get too exhausted with releasing conflict - remember to take a break, laugh, love, do something fun!
The more we can respond with witnessing curiosity in each moment instead of judgment, the easier it gets. One easy way to turn around a negative attitude is immediately start feeling grateful for something in your life. Gratitude is one of the highest responses. Also, if you're having a tough time, look for people around you that seem to be smoothly sailing through life and have a chat with them.
Be really clear on your intentions, especially with relationships. If we are judging someone else (i.e. parents, partners, ex-partners, friends, authority figures, government, the "man", the "woman", etc) and how they are the problem, we really need to look at ourselves. Be as compassionate on yourself as possible when you're doing this. Let us know how you're faring!
