I have used this method for the following:
1.
Quit drinking coffee (After one month I returned to drinking coffee, as I did not notice any big improvements. But, I drink less coffee now, and more tea. )
2.
Waking up at 6am (I am still on it, its great!)
3.
Exercising every morning (this was a tough one, I still exercise in the morning, but not every day)
4.
Meditating every day (I just started today)
This is a great method to develop/discontinue any habbit you want!
