my take on deja vu feeling in dreams toward unspecific/unknown things is, that it is most likely a broad metaphor for something we experience on a regularly basis.
The dream seems to indicate the following to me:
You are thinking what is a good influence for your children in their environment, you put more aspects in it than before, because of a changing world-view. You might use there some black/white viewing currently.
You might think that your current location might limit yourself in your development, you wonder how it would be to grew up differently.
Again black/white.
You are angry at things that are outside your control and that there is nobody externally that looks for you or stimulates you to take decisions, it might seem natural as a way of giving and receiving, because you are giving with your children. It doesn't work like this all the time with giving, there are different types of giving out there.
Again black/white.
