Pyrogen - You're welcome, although you really started the thread, so thank you!

Being honest, direct, fully feeling our emotions without getting attached to them, releasing the past, being conscious of how our thoughts/emotions affect our reality, being conscious of our words - all of this is very important right now. If we don't want to see ourselves and have some major conflict, then this transformation can feel really tough. If we let go of any judgements about ourselves/others, then even if we have conflict, it can transform more effortlessly and not take very long.

Jeremy - Pyrogen is spot on when she discusses what she calls a "soul tribe". Let me use a music analogy. Let's say our soul naturally resonates at the note of G natural, but because we have some internal conflict, we are currently resonating at a B flat. We attract according to our resonance. Friends that we used to have when we had more conflict and less clarity (B flat), will seem less attractive and we'll have less in common, the more we naturally resonate at our innate frequency by being ourselves (G natural). Then we emanate this all the time, meaning we can meet/connect with others anywhere, anytime, and we find ourselves with intimate connections.

We just had a spiritual group gathering on Sunday, and the intuitive insights were abounding - especially for one person who is usually the "quiet" one. I've always known her to be intuitive for the past 20 years, but she had an incident happen as a child where she predicted her dads death and when it happened she blamed herself and shut down. Now she's letting herself come out again! So yes, especially if we're around like souls, or feeling like we can fully be ourselves, the insights/visions/intuition can really take off!

MaGrimm - It's amazing how synchronous our lives can become when we stop struggling with ourselves and projecting onto others! What a great story.

Whitelotus - There are all kinds of techniques that can work, and really it's more about our willingness to complete than about a technique. You personally might want to try something that let's you feel your emotions more, like movement and expression, something that gets your energy moving. Methods like Holotropic Breathwork can allow us to take in a lot of energy and shift rapidly, also Hypnotherapy. The great part about feeling our emotions and letting them go, is that we can shift from a reaction to a response, meaning we don't repeat life anymore. You can feel differently. You can do this! Let us know how it goes.

Everyone - OldDeadWood mentioned about living in a city. Cities are going to be some of the most difficult places to live with this transformation, because we can get so affected by everyone around us. It's like walking into a sanitarium or an Alzheimers unit, it takes more clarity. If you're living in a city, please find like-minded, supportive, less conflicted souls to be around to support yourself and each other on this journey.

Releasing the Past - We all have places in our lives where we can hold onto the past (i.e. regret, guilt, anger, sadness, etc). Finding ways to forgive ourselves can be really important because it can be the lynchpin holding everything back from shifting. If we want to make a more effortless shift, if we realize that the present moment is the most important thing, then releasing any of our past issues becomes essential. We might want to make a list of anywhere we are holding onto the past and find ways to complete now.
