In my opinion, you need to find something that will take your mind away from this addiction.
Whether it is a hobby, a job, school, being a member of a club, etc. You need to be busy at things that will help improve your mind.
Also, whatever you find to spend your time needs to bring benefits that are beyond what you experience with your addiction.
Take it 1 day at a time and seek counseling with a Doctor.
