I'm curious, I think I could get a lot more near-sleep time meditation in if I was okay with letting my mind wander into images, which I assume could lead to some sort of astral projection. Whether or not this assumtion is right, I'm curious as to your introduction or instructions source? In other words, where do you get your astral projection instructions?
