I've often channeled information through on the computer. When I was up late writing assignments to deadlines for a degree a couple of years ago, I'd get sudden downloads of guided knowledge (unrelated to my study) come through in the middle of it. A couple of times, (I was doing long exhausting hours) I found spiritual paragraphs (when I proof read my work) that I couldn't remember writing in my assignments.
When I'm channeling on the computer, I ask to be shown the letters of the words one at a time, then single words. As the sentences unfold gradually without knowing what's going to be said next, I know I've switched gear and it's not coming from my head.
My Dad lent me Betty Edwards book 'Drawing with the other side of the brain' where you use your less dominant hand to draw. I used the same technique with automatic handwriting. Asking the question with my dominant hand and letting my left hand answer.
