I wonder if some of my poems would be considered automatic writing, very often I recieve an entire poem from first to last stanza , ( so it is like it is already written and i just write it ) , also I never make a consious choice where I say today I want to write about this or that... it really is freaky.... I aksed my physcologist about this in terms of the poem bypassing my conscience mind totally and she said don't worry about it, lots of musician types report the same type of happening... I write it down, then I think what the heck is this about? sometimes I don't understand them sometimes I do...
and I can not forget them no matter how hard I try... strange huh?
