I have had this reoccurring dream for years - less often now.

I am driving a car. Once I was in the backseat driving (there was no front seat, I was all stretched out - kinda funny). I am driving full speed. Then my vision becomes tunnel and slowly closes in till I see nothing but black, but I never slow the speed of the vehicle and then all of a sudden I realize that I'm driving full speed without sight. That's it. The dream is over and I wake up.
