Yeah seriously, the first 12 days was off to a good start but afterwards it's a decline on the intensity.
And the last 3 days (which was a weekend) was a joke, because I was just dicking around. But hey, it's good because I'm honest about it. I could've said I ran 30 KM while doing 500 push ups today, but that wouldn't accomplish nothing.
I'll try harder in the next 8 days.
But I'm still satisfied with the result after gaining 10 pounds with a definite cut down on the fat and hitting the gym almost everyday, something that I've never done before. Plus learning a new language.
