Maybe you are pushing too much lately in your previous boundaries, too much of everything can bring you down.
I think you are right, though it isn't always about being right, more of arranging and communicating.

I can give you hints how to prevent them.

I'll add in my tutorial soon a meditation, that works well for me to get off the "negativity" in your "energy field". It's good when before going to sleep.

But don't be afraid, we go out of the comfort zone every time we are stretching ourselves to grow, I consciously have put myself there for a year in this zone, it was hard, but I learned very fast, very much in this time.
