If you are a female... it could be a reversal of water retention due to hormonal activities...
Also, since most calories are burned by physiological activities it could be due to stress... if stress does not cause you to overeat it could increase your physiology with the resulting weight loss...
BTW... a divorce is a very effective way to lose weight... not much fun though...
