Confidence BUILDS confidence. Dont' start with Mt. Everest young jedi; start with a hike in the hills and work your way up but stay positive and member whatever you repeatedly do in your life becomes a stronger force; one also harder to break.

GOOOD LUCK!

I've had some troubles with manifestations lately. You see, I always end up sabotaging myself by putting out 'bad' intentions. For example, yesterday I put out the intention to meet a certain girl at school today and to have a nice talk with her. It seemed like a pretty strong intention and I really felt good about it, even when visualizing 'the whole picture' and not just what I want to happen.

However, today when I went to school, suddenly all these sabotaging intentions came into my mind, like, "Who am I fooling? This will never work". I do detect these intentions and then I try and convince myself that what I want to happen will happen. However, I never create the same feeling of confidence that I had the night before. After the first 'bad' intention comes, I keep doubting, ending up in a failed manifestation.

I recently read Steve's article about how fears sabotage our intentions and that the solution is to accept the fears and turn them into consequences. But how do I block myself from negative thinking, like "This will never work"? How can I properly control my thoughts?
