Guess what I have been working my butt off "literally" to get the size i was in my early 20's. I turned 30 and just kind of blew up (the funny thing is i kept thinking I was going to get fat and guess what, i did) its been a slow process. Those pounds are harder to shed now that i am older. But in 5 months i have managed to loose 8 pounds. Plus now that i have developed muscle again my body has changed shape. I wear the same size clothes but everyone says i look a lot thinner.
i ran on the treadmill in bad shoes and gave myself shin splints. i had to quit exercising so they could heal. So for three weeks i didn't exercise and i didn't pay attention to what i ate. But i kept imagining what I wanted to look like. I got an the scale this morning and i way a pound less than when I stopped going to the gym 3 weeks ago. |
